INNOVA PAWS does NOT accept exchanges, cancellations or any return. If you require any changes in your order please contact us as soon as possible. You can contact via email ([email protected]) or via Instagram DM (@innovapaws).

ALL order are FINAL, so please ensure you choose the correct size. We do nor offer exchanges or refund unless our product arrived damaged.

DAMAGES OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

We are human and we can make mistakes during the packaging, but if they occur please contact in the next 72 hours after receiving your package.

CHECK YOUR ADDRESS

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misspelled packages. You are responsible for writing your address correctly. Any package returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer's expenses and is not eligible for a refund.
