INNOVA PAWS ships your packages via USPS. The shipping time will be 4-6 working days. Processing time will be u to 1 week. The tracking number will be sent to the Email provided by the client.

Make sure you write the address correctly. Once the package is sent, there will be no refund. If it is our mistake, we will pay again the shipping cost.
